Returning Physical Products:
You have 30 days from the product's ship date to be eligible for
a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. You must include a copy
of the packing slip for a refund.

Associates, LLC. due to non-sufficient funds or closed accounts,
a thirty five dollar ($35.00) penalty and any additional bank service
fees will be added. If you have additional questions regarding returns

PURCHASE OF SERVICES BY AGENT
You agree that, if an agent (e.g., an Internet Service Provider,
employee, attorney, CPA, etc.) purchased our Services on your behalf,
you are nonetheless bound as a principal by all terms and conditions
herein.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL

sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse to provide Services

LLC. shall not be liable to you for loss or damages that may result
from our refusal to provide Services.
SEVERABILITY

to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated

remain in full force and effect.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is entered into in the state of New York and shall
be construed in accordance with the laws of New York, exclusive
of its choice of law rules. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the State and Federal Courts having jurisdiction in the County
of Monroe in the state of New York, and you waive any jurisdictional,
venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. In any action
to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled
to costs and attorney fees.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS
You agree that you are in compliance with all applicable laws and
regulations pertaining to or governing your use of this Site, and
you agree to indemnify and hold Legal World Online.Com / Lonardo
& Associates, LLC. harmless from and against any and all claims,
damages, losses or obligations suffered or incurred by you arising
from your failure to comply.
WAIVER
No term or provisions hereof shall be deemed waived and no breach

any party to, or waiver of a breach by the other, whether express
