We will prepare and file your DBA application for only $99 plus state fees , which includes:

• Conducting a preliminary name search (where required by law).
• Preparing the DBA application and reviewing it for errors.
• Within 3 business days, DBA application will be sent to you by email for signature. We will also send you a duplicate copy by first-class mail. (Some states allow electronic filing and this step is not necessary.)
• After we receive the signed DBA application from you, filing it with the proper government authority. On average, a DBA application requires 3-21 business days to be approved, depending upon the state or county or city.
• Some areas require publishing your DBA statement in an approved newspaper and filing the Proof of Publication with the government entity (additional fee required).
• Obtaining a Federal Tax ID Number (additional fee required).
• Preparing a Seller's Permit Application (additional fee required).
